05/03/26: An important win for the Pickwick away to the Cue-Ologists 8-7 means the Pickwick retain our Premier Division status for another season. The match was typical of the Pickwick's season, with our team spluttering into bursts of decent pool, interuppted by bouts of poor shots and misfortune. From 4-2 down the Pickwick kicked into gear to lead 6-4. The match was levelled at 6-6, until Bedtime won his second of the night and Cobb got us over the line recording a hat trick to ensure victory with a frame to spare. With results elsewhere helping our cause, the Pickwick can now relax and with the threat of relegation firmly extinguished.
